Sri Chinmoy: Die höchste Pflicht eines Künstlers oder Musikers besteht darin, dass er meditiert bevor er etwas erschafft und dass er dann, während des Schaffensprozesses in einer kontemplativen, göttlichen Stimmung ist.
Nachdem seine Schöpfung vollendet ist, wird er sie sofort dem Supreme anerbieten. Egal was andere über seine Schöpfung sagen, egal wie seine eigenen Gefühle gegenüber seiner Schöpfung sind, sobald seine Schöpfung vollendet ist, wird er sie dem Supreme anerbieten, damit Er sie auf Seine eigene Weise gebrauchen möge. Das ist die höchste Pflicht eines Musikers oder Künstlers.
